Amazing detail, vibrant colors, delicate but functional

Purchased as a holiday gift for a tea loving friend. Imported from overseas so it took 'forever' to get here but was well worth the wait. My friend happens to display her unusual tea cups in a lighted curio cabinet and she tells me this guy is front and center and she reaches for it almost daily. The 'feathers' are molded to the cup yet they are single feathers you can touch individually. The handle/body of the peacock is beautifully curved and easy to hold the cup. The little spoon that is included, when placed in the cup itself, makes for the uppermost feather you see in the picture. All in all, this is a beautiful, delicate yet useful tea cup of the nicest porcelain.

Fashionable design with marvelous looks

When I bought this, I was planning on using it for my morning coffee and for my hot tea at night, but after it arrived and I opened it, it's so beautiful I don't want to use it. I am going to put it next to my coffee pot to have it displayed, and I might use it occasionally when I have people over. I was surprised at how nice the packaging in the box was, it's this beautiful coloured silky fabric and it kept everything safe on its way to me. This would be a perfect gift for anyone who lovss peacocks or collecting things!
